This residential project was commissioned as a luxury holiday rental project. The project started in February 2018 and was completed in August 2019. The three-storey building contains 10 bedrooms, indoor lounge, roof terrace, games room, spacious kitchen, dining space for up to 20 and a garden lounge area.
Working alongside his local building suppliers Huws Gray, Peter Williams was recommended to use Resistant’s Multi-Rend board for his SIPS project.
Peter found during the installation that the boards were as easy to cut and fix as standard plasterboard. Peter was impressed with Resistant’s continued support, providing fixing and fitting advice throughout the process: “The fixing guide was a great help, it helped navigate us through installation and enabled a great finish to a timber frame house.”
