This space saving and effective solution can be easily fitted to walls / floors and ceilings as per the fitting instructions. As well as the added thermal insulation benefit, the system reduces airborne and impact sound to achieve part E performance requirements.

Phonewell is a unique sound-proofing material which can be used in walls and floors to reduce sound transmission by significant levels. Particularly suitable as a retro-fit for existing apartment complexes and terraced/semi-detached housing that need improved sound insulation to meet current legislation and standards.

Tile Backer Board

Gypsum and Plywood products are commonly used as a tiling substrate in showers where stud walls are common. Both these substrates are susceptible to deterioration if moisture penetrates through a crack or joint on the tiled wall of floor.

Constant moisture ingression will cause both products to degrade over time and result in moisture related problems. When Moist-Sure is used and installed as per the recommended guidelines, these problems should not occur. It is a water resistant backer board that will not swell, rot or degrade over time and can accept a number of finishes including wall and floor tiles.

Particularly suitable for uses around potentially damp and humid areas (i.e. bathroom, kitchen, leisure centres) as a preventative barrier to moisture ingress into the construction fabric of the building.

Boiler Housing / Pipe Casing

RESISTANT Multi-Pro can be used to form the enclosure of an internal or external domestic boiler house, as well as all pipe casing throughout the house.

Non-Combustible Cavity Closure Strips

RESISTANT Multi-Pro provides a simple and efficient method of closing cavities around openings in masonry walls, where the potential problems of mould growth and condensation can develop due to thermal bridging. Its superior attributes allow it to excel in this field and it is compatible with all types of cavity insulation.

Dormer Cladding

Some of the most appealing living spaces are those created from a converted attic that utilises the visual asset and functionality of a dormer window bay. The addition of a dormer to an otherwise unadorned roofline enhances both the internal and external character of a property whilst adding significant space.

RESISTANT Multi-Pro, when used in a ceiling system, proves to be extremely practical and is suitable for any area requiring a fixed, non-porous, non-fibrous and non-absorbent ceiling. 1 Hour Fire Rated Partition

Realising Fire Safety issues is paramount in the design and construction of a property. Fire Resistance rating refers to the performance of a constructed wall, floor or ceiling system when subjected to a fire and its ability to constrain the flames within the initial originating zone. RESISTANT have developed a 1hr rated fire safety system using their Multi-Pro board that exhibits much greater fire resistance properties to meet the ever more rigorous standards and legislations set by specifiers, clients and insurers in the marketplace.

Render Carrier For Steel / Timber Frames

External cladding is the outermost envelope of a building and normally carries no loading beyond its own weight plus those loads imposed by rain, snow and wind. It is thus mainly a protective and decorative envelope for the structure and contents of a building. RESISTANT Render-Pro is an extremely durable, strong and light building board that provides this solid dry base needed to withstand these extreme weathering effects. It can be used against a solid background or on top of studs / joists as a more effective lining material to gypsum plasterboard and lath-and-plaster. Render-Pro in an untreated state is weather RESISTANT and will not degrade with permanent exposure, even if subjected to freeze / thaw conditions, although a surface treatment is advised for external applications. It is an ideal substrate for plaster and can accept a wide range of paint, tile and textured finishes.

Soffit & Fascia Board

The Soffit forms the ceiling at the top of the exterior wall to the outer edge of the roof, bridging the gap between the side wall and the roofline, known as the eaves. The fascia board is then used to cap the ends of rafters outside a building, and can be used to attach the rain gutter.
